Terms and Conditions for the Yollty Loyalty Program

Duration and Expiration of Points:
Points that are not redeemed expire at the end of each calendar year.
Points earned in 2024 will expire on January 31, 2025.

Earning Points:
For every €1 spent, registered members of the program earn 1 point.

Redeeming Points:
Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:

• 250 points: €10

• 400 points: €15

• 600 points: €25

• 1000 points: €50

Rewards are redeemed with the next purchase made by the user.

Birthday Special Benefits:
Registered members receive a birthday gift of a 10% discount, which can be redeemed once within the year.

General Terms:

• Points and rewards are personal and non-transferable.

• Points can only be redeemed with purchases.

• During sales periods, points are accumulated but cannot be redeemed until the end of the promotion.

• Gift vouchers from the loyalty program can only be redeemed on products at their original price. If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference.

• The company reserves the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program without prior notice.

• For redemption through www.laloo.gr, there is a minimum order amount of €20.

• For redemption in physical stores, no minimum purchase is required.
