Where Klarna is selected, personal data such as contact and transaction details may be shared with Klarna in accordance with their privacy policy, in order to assess eligibility and provide payment options.

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods for specific orders.

Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose to pay by bank transfer:

  • Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed

  • Orders will only be dispatched once cleared funds have been received

  • Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer

Bank details will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation email.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£)

  • All prices include UK VAT at 20 percent

  • Shipping costs are added at checkout

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.99
    Aims to deliver within two to three working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £7.99
    Aims to deliver the next working day

Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £75.
Free shipping applies to Royal Mail Tracked 48 only.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak periods.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking is provided via Royal Mail.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over.

Failed Deliveries and Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details:

  • Re-delivery costs may apply

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

If a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund where legally required.

UK Only Shipping

At this time:

  • We do not ship internationally

  • We do not offer local pickup, lockers, or cash on delivery

Any international shipping references on previous versions of the site are no longer applicable.
