Payment methods
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Via cash on delivery with an additional fee of €1.50. For purchases over €65, the cash on delivery service is free. This service is provided in collaboration with the courier company.
Via bank deposit. In this case, there may be transaction fees, which are exclusively related to interbank costs and are borne by the customer. Then please send the proof of deposit via e-mail to info@laloo.gr. Please fill in your full name and your order number, which was sent to you by email, after completing your order, when making a bank deposit.

For orders of €300 and above (including VAT), payment must be made via bank deposit.
International Orders: Through laloo.gr, we ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
All shipments are carried out via DHL, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Once the products are added to the cart, the shipping cost will be automatically displayed. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
If you are located outside the countries we currently serve automatically through our e-shop, don’t worry! Just contact us at info@laloo.gr and we’ll provide you with an estimated shipping cost and delivery time for your country.
BOX NOW Pay on the Go: Place your order and complete the payment at the locker once your parcel has been delivered. Simply choose BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO at checkout. You will receive a link via SMS to complete the payment online, and then you can collect your parcel. Cost of the service: €1.50
Additional Info:
Your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours.
You can extend the locker reservation for an additional 24 hours by submitting a request at www.boxnow.gr

Shipping charges
Orders are shipped via Elta Courier and Cash Courier. You can choose, before completing your purchase, the company that serves you and see the corresponding cost in detail. The shipping costs include the cost of preparation and packaging. The cost of cash on delivery is the same for all cooperating companies and costs €1.50.

Shipment tracking
We work with ELTA Courier and Cash Courier transport companies to ship orders. To track your shipment, click one of the links below, depending on the carrier you selected to deliver your order.
Our company is not responsible for any shipping delay by the courier. In case of obvious abuse of the parcel upon receipt, the buyer must inform us before receiving the parcel. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in the event that the buyer has accepted receipt.

Delivery via BOX NOW Locker
This service is available for orders with a maximum weight of 20kg and package dimensions up to 62x45x36cm.
How to use the service:
With BOX NOW, you can easily and quickly pick up your parcel 24/7 from the Automated Parcel Locker of your choice by following these steps:
Choose the Locker that suits you best at checkout.
Once we ship your parcel, you’ll receive a 6-digit PIN from BOX NOW to unlock the locker.
How do I collect my order from a Box Now Locker?
As soon as your order is placed inside the Box Now locker you selected, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter this code at the locker to open the compartment containing your parcel.
Service Cost:
Deliveries within Attica and mainland Greece: Flat fee of €2.50 (regardless of parcel size – small, medium, large)
Deliveries to islands: Flat fee of €3.00 (regardless of parcel size – small, medium, large)
