Returns Overview

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we operate a strict returns policy.

Returns and exchanges apply only to products purchased directly from
www.laloocosmeticsuk.com.

Products purchased from any other retailer or stockist cannot be returned to us.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, you must:

  • Contact us via email at info@laloocosmeticsuk.com

  • Include your order number and proof of purchase

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Incorrect or incomplete requests may delay processing.

Time Limits

  • Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Requests made outside this period will not be accepted

Exchanges (Primary Resolution)

We operate an exchange-first policy.

Exchanges are accepted only where:

  • Products are unused

  • Products are unopened and sealed

  • Products are returned in original packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • An item is faulty

  • An item is damaged in transit

  • An incorrect item has been supplied

  • A refund is legally required under UK consumer law

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetic products

  • Used products

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund where legally required

Return postage costs for confirmed faulty items will be reimbursed.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order details and photographic evidence

For incorrect or missing items:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping

  • A replacement will be issued once the issue is confirmed

If an incorrect item is delivered to you, it must not be used and must be returned.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been opened or unsealed.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing.

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting us via:

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our Returns Policy applies.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

We recommend using a tracked service when returning items.

Trade Customers

Purchases made for business or professional use are excluded from consumer cancellation rights unless required by law.
