The website www.laloo.gr is the online store for the display and sale of products and services via the Internet of the company Laloo Cosmetics, based in Athens, Ypsilantou 141, Piraeus (VAT ΝR: EL 801236100, NR ΓΕΜΗ 152380301000) and will henceforth be referred to as 'Laloo Cosmetics'.

  • 1. Use of our site and placing orders through it is governed by the following terms and conditions, as they apply at any time. By completing the new user / visitor registration form, you agree unreservedly that you are aware of the terms and conditions regarding the conclusion of transactions with our business.

  • 2. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of use and any other rule governing the use of its website in its sole discretion.

  • 3. A prerequisite for your transaction with our business is that you must be an adult, i.e. you must be at least 18 years of age, in accordance with the applicable law, you must have a shop or a professional tax number, you must be a freelance professional (diploma certificate needed) or a student.

  • 4. The price, availability of the products and their characteristics are shown on the website for each product or good. The prices of products or goods include tax or VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which are shown in a special section and analyzed on the order form before it is completed.

  • 5. The process of ordering from our website is simple. As long as you select the product to purchase or continue shopping and select additional product or press the "Checkout" button. You fill in the mandatory fields and then complete your order. You send your order to our company and its delivery can take from 1 to 10 working days.

  • 6. The minimum order limit is €20 (ie €15.20 + VAT).

  • 7. The shades of our products, such as Gel Polishes, Acrygel, Gel, etc., may differ in display depending on the display device (mobile, tablet, desktop) due to screen resolution and brightness.

The operation of our online store is governed by the use of the current Code of Ethics.

Order Preparation

The process of executing your order will begin with the confirmation of your payment. In case of choosing to pay by bank deposit, please send us the proof of deposit via e-mail to info@laloo.gr. Please fill in your full name and your order number, which was sent to you by email, after completing your order, when making a bank deposit. In this case, there may be transaction fees, which are exclusively related to interbank costs and are borne by the customer.

To avoid problems, it is recommended that you pay attention to the final amount of your order. Our company is not responsible for the imposition of additional charges by the bank or for a wrong deposit (deposit to a different account) and has no obligation to ship the order in this case.

The usual shipping time is 1 to 5 days from our company from the payment confirmation, and the delivery time from the shipping company is 1 to 10 days.

Our company does everything possible so that the items displayed in its online store are immediately available. In case of any shortages a representative of ours will contact you within 3 days regarding the details and delivery time. If you do not agree with the delivery time you can cancel your order and, in this case, a full refund of the amount you may have paid will be made.

Our online store is open from Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, where we ship the orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped within 1 to 5 days, where shipping time begins on the next business day.

The company has no responsibility for any delays from the transport companies cooperating with it. You can check your order and you are updated through your account and through your emails.

Depending on the courier company you choose, you can search for your shipment on the carrier's website. The tracking code (voucher number) will be sent to the email you registered your order as soon as it is delivered by our company to the transport company.

Our company issues a receipt upon dispatch of the order. If you wish to issue an invoice upon completion of the order, add the details for the issue to the tab and in the comments at the bottom of the page let us know that you wish to issue an invoice. All prices include 24% VAT.

Payment methods

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

Via cash on delivery with an additional fee of €1.50. For purchases over €65, the cash on delivery service is free. This service is provided in collaboration with the courier company.

Via bank deposit. In this case, there may be transaction fees, which are exclusively related to interbank costs and are borne by the customer. Then please send the proof of deposit via e-mail to info@laloo.gr. Please fill in your full name and your order number, which was sent to you by email, after completing your order, when making a bank deposit.

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may transmit personal data during checkout, such as contact and transaction data with Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you meet the conditions for its payment methods and to provide you with specialized payment methods. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.

For orders of €300 and above (including VAT), payment must be made via bank deposit.

All shipments are carried out via DHL, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Once the products are added to the cart, the shipping cost will be automatically displayed. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges

Orders are shipped via Elta Courier and Cash Courier. You can choose, before completing your purchase, the company that serves you and see the corresponding cost in detail. The shipping costs include the cost of preparation and packaging. The cost of cash on delivery is the same for all cooperating companies and costs €1.50.

ELTA Courier

  • Within Attica €2.50 (including Argosaronic islands, Kythira, Lavrio, Paiania, Vari)

  • Outside Attica and Hard-to-reach Areas €2.70

  • Delivery at a predetermined time upon consultation additional €2.26

  • Saturday delivery by arrangement additional €3.72

The prices refer to parcels up to 2 kg. The following charges apply for each additional kilo:

  • Within Attica additional €1.10/kg

  • Outside Attica additional €1.23/kg

Cash Courier

  • Within Attica €3.77

  • Outside Attica €4.43

  • Hard-to-reach areas €5.70

The prices refer to parcels up to 2 kg. The following charges apply for each additional kilo:

Shipment tracking

We work with ELTA Courier and Cash Courier transport companies to ship orders. To track your shipment, click one of the links below, depending on the carrier you selected to deliver your order.

Our company is not responsible for any shipping delay by the courier. In case of obvious abuse of the parcel upon receipt, the buyer must inform us before receiving the parcel. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in the event that the buyer has accepted receipt.

Delivery via BOX NOW Locker

This service is available for orders with a maximum weight of 20kg and package dimensions up to 62x45x36cm.

How to use the service:

With BOX NOW, you can easily and quickly pick up your parcel 24/7 from the Automated Parcel Locker of your choice by following these steps:

  1. Choose the Locker that suits you best at checkout.

  2. Once we ship your parcel, you’ll receive a 6-digit PIN from BOX NOW to unlock the locker.

How do I collect my order from a Box Now Locker?

As soon as your order is placed inside the Box Now locker you selected, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter this code at the locker to open the compartment containing your parcel.

Service Cost:

  • Deliveries within Attica and mainland Greece: Flat fee of €2.50 (regardless of parcel size – small, medium, large)

  • Deliveries to islands: Flat fee of €3.00 (regardless of parcel size – small, medium, large)

Returns Policy

If you have received an incorrect order or a defective product in your order, please complete the online returns form where you will be given Product Return instructions.

Do not send products without first registering the return request via the online form and before a representative has contacted you, as they will not be accepted.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to complete the online form. Our team will receive your request and contact you within 5 working days.

Returns are made exclusively for products that have not been opened, have not been purchased at a reduced price – offer/discount, do not belong to the Outlet category and within 14 calendar days. In case of opening the package or beyond 14 calendar days, returns will not be accepted.

When returning products, you are solely responsible for their safe delivery and proper packaging. Returns of worn, altered and cured products will not be accepted.

Product Returns at www.laloo.gr concern products purchased exclusively from our online store and no return will be accepted that will concern another point of sale.

Incorrectly completing the online form may delay the processing of your request.

Conditions for Returning products whose packaging has not been opened

If you wish to return an unopened product, please complete the online form and follow the steps. Have your proof of purchase available, as you will be asked to show it to complete the return process.

Our team will receive your online request and contact you within 5 working days. For this return, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the package.

After a technical check, as long as it is certified that the product is in its original condition and packaging, we inform you and a replacement is made with another product of equal or greater value.

Refund requests via phone, email, social media will not be accepted.

Returns of cosmetic products (Gel Polishes, Nail Polishes, Acrygel, Gel, Acrylics) are not accepted, as well as Outlet products or products bought at a discount.

Refunds are not made for non-defective products and as long as their packaging has not been opened. You can choose products of equal or greater value.

Conditions for returning defective products

If you have found that you have received a defective product, please complete the online form and follow the steps. Have your proof of purchase and photos showing the problem you are experiencing available, as they will be required to complete the return process.

Our team will receive your online request and contact you within 5 working days. For this return, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the package.

After a technical check, as long as it is certified that the product is defective, we inform you and after consultation a replacement or refund is made. In addition, you will be refunded the amount of the shipping costs.

Refund requests via phone, email, social media will not be accepted.

Incorrect Order Return Conditions

If upon receipt of your order you found that a product is missing or you received a different product than the one you ordered, fill out the online form and follow the steps. Please have your proof of purchase and photos showing the problem you are experiencing available, as they will be required to complete the return process.

Our team will receive your online request and contact you within 5 working days giving you. For this particular return, you do not bear the transport costs of sending the package.

In case the product to be replaced has a different price, you will be informed by phone about the methods of paying the difference in the amount.

If you have an item in your package that you did not order, you will be asked to return it to the carrier when your new package is delivered. Please do not use it, as in this case its return will not be accepted and the relevant consideration will have to be paid.

Terms of Returns

1. The consumer may withdraw from the credit agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without stating the reasons for withdrawal.

This withdrawal period begins:

a) from the day of concluding the credit agreement or

b) from the day on which the consumer receives the terms of the contract and the information of article 10 of this decision, if this day is later than the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must:

a) in order to proceed with the withdrawal before the expiry of the period provided for in paragraph 1 of this article, to inform the creditor accordingly based on the information provided by the creditor in accordance with article 10 paragraph 2 point p) of this decision, in any manner that can be proven under applicable law. The 14-day deadline is presumed to have been met provided that the above notification, provided it has been submitted in writing or on another durable medium, made available to the creditor and to which the creditor has access, has been sent before the expiry of the deadline, and

b) to pay the creditor the principal and the accrued interest on that principal from the date the credit is taken up until the date the principal is repaid to the creditor without undue delay and at the latest within 30 calendar days of sending the notice of withdrawal to creditor. Interest is calculated based on the agreed lending rate. The creditor is not entitled to any other compensation from the consumer in the event of withdrawal, apart from compensation for non-refundable fees paid by the creditor to any public administrative agency.

3. If the creditor or a third party provides an additional service related to the credit agreement based on an agreement between the third party and the creditor, the consumer is not bound by the additional service agreement if he exercises the right to withdraw from the credit agreement in accordance with this article.

4. As long as the consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this article, article 3 paragraph 4 and article 4a paragraphs 6 and 7 of Law 2251/1994, as applicable, do not apply for the protection of consumers when concluding contracts outside a commercial establishment and when concluding contracts at a distance.

5. This article applies without prejudice to any provisions in force on contracts that set a deadline during which the performance of the contract cannot begin.

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single EU-wide platform for electronic dispute resolution (platform ODR) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, only through one of the following methods:

  • By phone at +30 210 2523940, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00

Please note: Cancellations via social media messages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) will not be accepted.

Cancellations are only valid if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, our Return Policy applies, including the procedures for product returns or refunds.

Important: In all cases of product return, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

General Data Protection Regulation Policy (GDPR)

Laloo Cosmetics recognizes the importance of the security of your Personal Data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all the necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum security. All information that relates to your personal data and your transactions is secure and confidential. The security of our e-shop is achieved by the following methods:

Customer Recognition

The codes used to identify you are two: the e-mail or username and the Personal Security Password, which each time they are entered, give you access with absolute security to your personal information.

You are given the possibility to change your Personal Security Password and your e-mail address as often as you like. The only person who has access to your information is you through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and hiding it from third parties.

In case of loss or security breach, you must immediately notify us, otherwise Laloo Cosmetics online store is not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password at regular intervals and that you avoid using the same or easily traceable codes (e.g., birth date). We also recommend that you use not only letters and numbers but also symbols when you create your password.

Automatic disconnection

If there is no activity for 20 minutes, you are automatically disconnected from the members’ online store.

Firewall

Access to our servers is controlled by a firewall, which allows the use of specific services by customers / users, while at the same time prohibiting access to systems and databases with confidential data and company information.

Encryption

The Laloo Cosmetics system first decodes the information it receives using the same key (which is pre-defined by the start of your connection to the service) and then processes it. Laloo Cosmetics systems send you information by following the same encryption process.

Wherever on the site you enter personal data (password, addresses, telephones, credit cards, etc.) there is encryption.

Trading Confidentiality

Confidentiality is self-evident. The same basic principles governing classical transactions also apply to e-commerce. All information submitted by the user / member to Laloo Cosmetics is confidential and Laloo Cosmetics has taken all necessary measures to use it only insofar as this is deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. Laloo Cosmetics does not disclose the details of their customers and transactions unless they have written authorization from you or this is required by a court order or decision of another public authority.

Without prejudice to the provisions of Chapter 7 on Privacy, you may request that any information be retained for you and may be corrected if you can substantiate the existence of an error.

For your own security, you should also handle all information provided through our service as confidential and private and not proceed to any disclosure to third parties.

During your visit to www.laloo.gr, you may be asked to provide personal information about you (name, surname, email address, product shipping address, etc.) as a rule to process your orders or to provide our services. 

Any personal data that you declare anywhere on the pages and services of the www.laloo.gr websites are strictly for the sole purpose of dealing with us, improving the services provided and ensuring the operation of the respective service, and may not be used by any third party (except as provided by law to the competent authorities alone).

In any case, Laloo Cosmetics employees who have access to your personal data are accounted for and unauthorized access to your personal data is prohibited.
