Laloo Cosmetics UK operates as a mixed B2C and B2B online retailer, supplying cosmetic products to both consumers and trade customers.

Different legal rights apply depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or as a business.

Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices and VAT

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£)

  • All prices include UK VAT at 20 percent

  • Shipping costs are added at checkout

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.99
    Aims to deliver within two to three working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £7.99
    Aims to deliver the next working day

Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £75. This applies to Royal Mail Tracked 48 only.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Product Information

Product images, colours and shades may vary depending on screen settings and devices.
Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been opened or unsealed.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we operate a strict returns policy.

Exchanges (Primary Resolution)

  • We operate an exchange-first policy

  • Items must be unused, unopened and sealed in original packaging

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • An item is faulty

  • An item is damaged in transit

  • An incorrect item has been supplied

  • A refund is legally required under UK consumer law

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetic products

  • Used products

  • Sale or promotional items

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund where legally required

Return postage costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items will be reimbursed.

Trade Customers

Purchases made for business or professional use are excluded from consumer cancellation rights unless required by law.

Additional trade-specific terms may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
